Dr. Arnold Lee is an Internal Medicine trained physician and healthcare innovator committed to transforming care leveraging technology to enhance human connection. As a former clinical and operational leader at one of the largest U.S. healthcare organizations, he helped develop scalable models for modern primary care, blending digital tools with relationship-based medicine.

Now serving as Chief Operating Officer at VocalMD, Arnold brings deep expertise to expanding compassionate, accessible care for underserved communities. A strong advocate for preserving the doctor-patient relationship, he believes technology should enhance—not replace—personal care. His leadership is key as VocalMD builds a next-generation model rooted in trust, equity, and resilience.

Dr. Taylor Nichols is a specialist in Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine, and currently serves as Chief Medical Officer at VocalMD, a role he assumed in mid-2025. He was recently honored with the Policy Pioneer Award by the American College of Emergency Physicians in recognition of his leadership and innovation. 

A nationally recognized voice in Addiction Medicine, Dr. Nichols brings a deep commitment to equity and systems-level change. We are proud to have his guidance as we work to build more resilient and inclusive models of care.

Dr. Ben Bergman is a clinical cardiologist and the Founder of VocalMD, a platform committed to expanding access to physician-level care through a balanced integration of in-person and virtual services. 

Inspired by his training at NYU and driven by a deep concern for individuals facing barriers to medical, food, and housing security, Dr. Bergman founded VocalMD to challenge traditional healthcare models and deliver compassionate, accessible care to underserved populations.
